If you are coming along, why not book into one of our free beginner skateboard or scooter sessions for boys and girls. Spots are limited.
Learn to stand on a skateboard, push, stop, carve and roll-in on small ramps or learn the correct stance on your scooter, plus how to carve, bunnyhop and roll in on small ramps.
Each session is a 45min group lesson that will introduce the basics of skateboarding or freestyle scooter riding with one of our awesome community coaches.
We can even lend you a helmet and a skateboard or scooter for the session for FREE if you don't have your own!
This workshop is for beginners aged 6-24 years.
*ONLY THE COME & TRY SKATEBOARD AND SCOOTER WORKSHOPS REQUIRE A BOOKING. ALL OTHER ACITIVITES ON THE DAY DO NOT NEED A BOOKING!
*Organisers are not responsible for pastrol care and Parent or Guardian suppervision is required for children under 12.
Schedule :
Beginner session 1 - 10:00am to 11:00am
Open to all skaters and riders with little to no experience on a skateboard, scooter or at a skatepark.
(15min registration and 45min lesson)
Beginner session 2 (GIRLS ONLY) - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Open to girls with little to no experience on a skateboard, scooter or at a skatepark.
(15min registration and 45min lesson)
Beginner session 3 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Open to all skaters and riders with little to no experience on a skateboard, scooter or at a skatepark.
(15min registration and 45min lesson)
Beginner session 4 - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Open to all skaters and riders with little to no experience on a skateboard, scooter or at a skatepark.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
All participants must complete and agree to the terms and coditions outlined on our waiver form before they can participate in the skateboard or scooter workshops. The terms and conditions waiver is not confirmation of a book and ticket registration needs to be completed, please read carefully before accepting.
*This is an outdoor event. Postponement and cancellation is subject to weather conditions and can happen anywhere from 48 hours to 2 hours before a workshop. We cannot skate in the rain or on wet grounds.
Equipment: Professional grade equipment; skateboard or scooter and helmet, and safety pads (optional) are provided for all classes. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment. Helmets must be worn by all participants.
