Lodge a development application
Once your application is prepared according to the relevant guidelines and checklists, you can submit your application online via the NSW Planning Portal. The following applications must be submitted to Council through the NSW Planning Portal:Development ApplicationsSection 4.55 Modification ApplicationsComplying Development CertificatesConstruction CertificatesOccupation CertificatesSubdivision CertificatesAppointments of Council as a Principal CertifierThe above listed applications will no longer be accepted in person at our Customer Service Centres.Council is experiencing higher than average processing times for development applications. -

Track a development application
You can search and track all current development applications, construction certificates and other associated documents online via the eplanning portal.You can locate documents by address, lot number, application number or date. Alternatively, all applications that have been submitted via the NSW Planning Portal since 16 June 2020 can be viewed using the NSW Application Tracker.
