Council’s Property & Payments portal will be unavailable from 12 noon on Tuesday 30 June until 8am Monday 6 July 2026. This planned annual outage allows for critical end of financial year system updates to occur. Alternate payment methods are available during this period.

Water and Sewer

We deliver around 83 million litres of water each day to 150,000 properties. Our network includes 3 dams, 3 weirs, 3 water treatment plants, over 50 reservoirs and more than 2,200 km of pipelines.
 

Water and Sewer Concessions and Rebate Policy

The Water and Sewer Concessions and Rebate Policy establishes a framework for financial relief and rebates to eligible residential customers of Central Coast Council who are experiencing financial hardship due to essential water usage, connection costs, or concealed leaks.
