Façade Improvement Support Program


The Façade Improvement Support Program provides financial assistance to businesses and commercial property owners located in key town centres to improve their building facades and accessibility to their premises.

    The Façade Improvement Support Program provides financial assistance to businesses and commercial property owners located in the Gosford, Terrigal, The Entrance, Toukley, Woy Woy and Wyong town centres to improve their building facades and accessibility to their premises.

    Applications closed 30 September 2025.

    The objective of the program is to:

    • enhance the amenity, aesthetics and visitor experience of our town centres
    • contribute to town centre revitalisation and renewal
    • improve access to business premises.

    Available funding and key dates

    Total funding available for 2025-26 is $150,000.

    Dollar-for-dollar matched funding will be provided for cost of works (labour and materials) to a maximum funding amount of $5,000 (incl GST) per property.

    The program is time limited and covers works that can be completed by 31 May 2026.

    Applications for the program closed midnight 30 September 2025 via SmartyGrants.

    An online information session to provide support and assistance with your application will be held on Tuesday 26 August 2025 from 5.30pm. To register your attendance, please email towncentres@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au
